How to become the ACA member

- Conditions for ACA membership:

You may choose from two types of membership:

1. Friends of ACA  can benefit from the following free services: journal subscription and the use of our website help line. The yearly contribution for this type of membership is 250 CZK.

2. Members of ACA can use the above services in addition to benefiting from special discounts for ACA events, free listing on the ACA’s web pages, and the chance to take part in professional ACA events. Members may also take up the offer of creating their own web pages with ACA help. The membership fee remains at the previous price of 500 CZK a year.
 

Membership Restrictions and Expiration
One you have decided what type of membership you would like to hold for the year, please contact the ACA and pay the appropriate fee by February 15^th. Once you have done so, you are entitled to use the services offered to you under your membership category. Toward the end of the year please reconfirm your membership and send payment by February 15^th. If we do not hear from you by February 15^th, your membership and internet listing automatically expires. This, of course, does not mean that you cannot apply for ACA membership renewal at any point during the rest of the year.
 

Please send a record of the payment made to the ACA along with what you wish to include in your internet listing (if required). Without a record of payment it is not possible to register you as a member!

 1. To become a new member of the ACA:
a) call or write to Barbora Novakova who will send you the application form along with your membership number
b) make the payment of your yearly membership fee as a transfer into the ACA account
c) SEND THE APPLICATION FORM AND A COPY OF THE RECORD OF PAYMENT TO BARBORA NOVAKOVA

d) if you wish to be listed on the ACA web pages, also enclose what you would like to have listed under your name (name, town, telephone, e-mail and the range of your activity to the maximum extent of 10 words e.g. massage, reflexology, rehabilitation, etc.)

2. To renew your yearly membership:
a) a) pay the appropriate yearly fee into the ACA account and use your membership number as an identifying symbol
b) SEND A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT RECORD TO BARBORA NOVAKOVA; OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO REGISTER YOUR RENEWAL
c) if you wish for your details to be presented on the ACA web pages, enclose your data as listed above
